What is Medipoint

History of Medipoint

Started as a private practice medical clinic in March 1996 - it has grown rapidly to become a leading medical centre with branches in Kenya
The institution has worked closely with the MOH and Population services Kenya ( PSK) among others providing high quality health services to a wide range of customers .
With other partners and collaborators, the facility has birthed a college that offers many different courses and in particular the health care and hospitality sector cadres

What courses do you offer

List of courses currently on offer

1. Healthcare support assistant - 12. months - Tvet Approved
2. Domestic and Home care courses - 4 months - NITA Approved
3. Health care assistant- NITA Approved

Visa and accommodations? After graduating, will the clients be required to go to the embassy, will he/she be the one to pay for a Visa, when we reach the destination of our employer, do we have a host and will there be available accommodations.

Medipoint College will offer training, and we are ready to provide training and a certificate to qualify for visas

Visa and job placements will be done by Medipoint College Partners who specialize and deal in migration

The partners will provide all the requirements once students register

Visa processing will start once you pay training fees in full

If there are any extra charges, Our partners will explain the details, at the moment, most of the charges will be sponsored.

How is the Health Care Assistant Course Structured

Here is a simplified answer
1. Theory classrooms will be 5 weeks with weekly continuous assessment tests (CAT)
2. Time is 8 hours per day Monday to Saturday
3. After Theory, you will be given a recommendation letter to proceed to practical rotation in a hospital of your choice. You will have a log book to be filled by the hospital supervisor and signed for different areas covered
4. On the Last week you will come back to do the final examination both written and practical assessment
5. only learning will be done on and off as the course has very many materials approached as a crash program
6. After passing, you will graduate with a certificate in health care assistant graduate
